2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 c. flours
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. ground carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Icing Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 lg pkg cream cheese
3 c powdered sugar
2 tsp milk
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar & oil together add eggs and carrots. Sift all dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture, mix throughly and add vanilla. Bake at 350º until the cake tests done, around 35 minutes. Do not open oven door before 30 minutes.

Mix the icing ingredients while the cake cools.
