1 lb ground beef
16 oz barrel cured Sauerkraut (found in plastic bag in deli area)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 can peas
1 can corn
28 oz can tomato purée
2 cans beef broth
8 oz mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a pan brown ground beef, add Worcestershire sauce, sauerkraut and mushrooms. Simmer for a few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 to 6 hours on stove top. Salt and pepper to taste.
