3 large ripe bananas
1 egg
2 tsp oil
1/4 C milk
1/4-1/2 C sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas with a fork. Add egg, oil, milk, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda. Beat well. Gently blend flour into banana mixture, stir 20 seconds, or until moistened. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean.
