60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. In mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers, confectioner's sugar, and melted butter. Press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Reserve 1/3 c. of mixture to sprinkle on top.
2. Blend lemonade, sweetened condensed milk, and cool whip. Pour over crust and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top.
3. Refrigerate until served...but make same day so crust doesn't get soggy.
