3 c sliced apples
1 c sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 nutmeg
1 tbsp lemon juice
Dash of salt
2 pats of butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine apples, sugar, flour, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg lemon juice and salt until well blended. Pour into pie crust, dot with butter and wet edges of crust and then top with another crust and seal edges. Poke air holes into top crust and baste it with milk and dust it with sugar. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1 hour or until golden brown.
