1 Medium onion, finely chopped
1 Can (14.5 ounces) chicken broth
1 Can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 15 ounce can black beans
1 15 ounce can pumpkin
1/2 Cup heavy cream OR 1 Cup regular milk
1-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 pinch cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in deep pot, using a small amount of oil or butter for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse beans. Add remaining ingredients except cream or milk.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in cream or milk. Simmer 5 minutes and add salt to taste.
