1 can pinto beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 small can of corn
1 Cup chopped celery
1 Cup chopped green pepper
1 small onion, finely chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste
3/4 Cup cider vinegar
1/2 Cup water
1 Cup sugar

Tostitos Scoops or any tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beans, peas, and corn. Mix in a large bowl.
Add onion, celery, and green pepper.

In saucepan, bring to a boil salt & pepper, water, vinegar, and sugar. Cool completely before pouring over veggie mix.

Marinate at least 24 hours. Drain and serve with Tostitos or taco chips.

Can be kept in marinade for up to one week.
