1 egg white
1 Tbsp water

1 lb pecans

1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg white and water until frothy. Stir pecans into "beaten" egg whites. Combine the sugar, salt and cinnamon separately, and then add this mixture to pecans. Spread out on greased cookie sheet (or parchment paper). Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 300º oven. Stir and flip every 5 minutes -do not let them burn!
