2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 extra large eggs
1 Tbs. pure vanilla
5 c.oatmeal, blended in blender to fine powder
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chocolate chips
1 8oz. Hershey bar, grated
3 c. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Beat together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda and add to butter mixture.
Add chocolate chips, grated Hershey bar and nuts.
Roll into balls and place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375º for 10 minutes.
Recipe may be halved. Cookies may be frozen.
