4-5 potatoes
1 carrot (or 1/4 c frozen mixed vegetables)
2 T milk
2-4 T butter
2-4 T sour cream
1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoning salt

1 1/2 lbs hamburger
1 onion
2 stalks celery diced
2 cans creamed corn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook together potatoes and carrot or vegetables. When done, removed the carrot from the potatoes and dice. Drain the liquid and mash potatoes with 2T milk, butter, sour cream, and Lawry's seasoning salt.

At the same time, brown hamburger with onion, celery diced. Stir in 2 cans creamed corn and the diced cooked carrot.

Put the hamburger/corn/carrot mixture in a large casserole dish. top and seal with mashed potatoes (the potatoes should be 1/4 to 1/2 in thick over the meat, but not thicker than 1/2 in). Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. The Shepherd's pie is done when the gravy bubbles through the potatoes.
