1 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion - chopped
1 can whole tomatoes (15 oz)
1 small can tomato paste
sugar - to taste - about 1 TBSP
1 tbsp parsley
lasagna noodles
6 - 8 slices mozzarella cheese
6 - 8 slices swiss cheese
1 (16 oz) carton cottage cheese
1 pkg finely shredded italian blended cheese

Brown ground chuck and onion and drain. Add whole tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and parsley flakes. Bring to a boil - then simmer 15 minutes.

Preheat over to 350º.

In 9" x 13" pan, layer noodles (uncooked), 1/2 carton cottage cheese, meat sauce, swiss cheese. Then start over with noodles, 1/2 carton cottage cheese, meat sauce and mozz. cheese.

Cover with foil and bake 45 mins. Uncover. Top with shredded mozz and bake an additional 15 min or until browned and bubbly on top.
