12 oz chocolate chips
12 oz butterscotch chips
18 oz jar peanut butter
16 oz jar dry roasted peanuts
1 cup butter
1/4 cup regular vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1/2 cup milk
2 lbs powdered sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring

Directions:

Melt chips with peanut butter in a double boiler. Pour half of mixture into a buttered jelly roll pan (small 15x10 cookie sheet or 13x9 pan). Refrigerate.

To the other half of mixture, add peanuts. Set aside. Combine butter, dry pudding mix and milk; boil one minute. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and maple flavoring. Beat until smooth. Spread on first layer in pan. Spread remainder of chocolate-peanut butter mixture on top. Cut into small pieces. Keep in refrigerator.
