1 cup strawberries, hulled (cut in half if large)
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

PREHEAT oven to 425F

PREPARE a baking sheet lines with tin foil & place the strawberries in a single layer and roast in preheated oven until they start to caramelize, about 15-20 mins

PUREE everything in a food processor until smooth
