1 yeast
1 1/2 c dhal (split yellow peas)
4 c flour
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp minced onions
2 tsp cumin
1 tbsp tumeric
1 1/4 tbsp salt
1 1/4 tbsp pepper
2 1/4 c water (approx)

Directions:
Directions:
Grind dhal till very fine
Soften yeast as per directions
Add all ingredients and knead
Let rise for about 1/2 hr
Break into small balls and let rise for 10 min
Roll and fry
