1 large tomato, chopped in small pieces
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1/4 cup sliced fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil
salt & pepper to taste
1 loaf French bread - baguette, sliced
Garlic butter
Directions:

PREHEAT oven broiler

COMBINE ingredients together

LIGHTLY spread garlic butter on each slice of bread - both sides

BROIL bread for 2 mins on each side or until golden brown

TOP with tomato mixture

OPTIONAL - toast bread on 1 side then add tomato mixture on each slice and put back in oven for approx. 5 mins
