Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 T. minced dried onion
1/4 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. pepper
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 oz. mushrooms
10 oz. frozen broccoli and cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. extra cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. In sauce pan, melt butter; blend in flour, onion, garlic powder and pepper. Add chicken broth and milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mushrooms.
In sprayed 9x13 pan, layer 3 noodles, vegetables, chicken, and cheese. Pour 1/3 of milk mixture over the layer. Repeat two more times, ending with cheese on top. I added the extra cup of cheese to the top. Bake for 35 minutes or until veggies are done at 350º. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. By using gluten free noodles and flour, this is a good dish to serve to those who need gluten free food.
