2 Lbs Brussel Sprouts (trimmed and halved)
6 Bacon slices (chopped)
2 tbsp Apple Juice or Cider
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook Brussel Sprouts in steamer or boil in large pot covered until almost tender. Cook bacon until crisp and brown. Drain oil from bacon. Save 3 tbsp of bacon drippins in pan. Add the cooked brussel sprouts. Cook until tender and brown. Add juice and bring to a boil, stirring gently until all sprouts are coated. Season with salt and pepper
