1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar firmly packed
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup quick oats
vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Beat well. Blend in peanut butter. Sift flour, soda, salt and add to creamed mixture. Add oats. Form into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Criss cross with fork on top of each cookie. Bake 350º for 12 minutes.
