Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 envelopes yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water

1 cup milk
6 tbs of butter of oil
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp salt
7 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put warm water and sugar in small bowel. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle yeast on tops of water, stir gently. Put in warm spot to rise.

Warm milk. Add oil, sugar, egss and salt, mix well.

Measure flour into a large bowel. Make a well in the centre and pour milk mixture in middle. Add raised yeast to the middle as well. Slowly and gently mix in flour, working the flour in to the milk. Work until the dough is none sticky, adding more flour if necessary. Punch dough down for 10 minutes, working the dough over and over. On a floured large service can be easier to work dough. The longer you work the dough at this point, the nicer the bread.
Lightly grease a large bowel, put dough in bowel, grease top of dough and cover with cloth. Put in a warm spot to raise for and hour and a half.
Punch dough down, working with the dough for a good 5 minutes. Lightly grease top and return to warm spot to raise for another hour, punch down again.
Make small golf ball size balls out of the dough. Roll dough to form a nice circle. Place ball slightly touching into well greased pans. You can use butter to grease pans. Place buns in warm spot to raise for an hour.

Bake buns at 350 º until golden brown.

Cool on racks.
