Sweet Potatoes 5 or 6
2 cups brown sugar
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until done; cool and peel and cut into quarters or what ever size you like. Melt butter and add brown sugar until you have a thick syrup. Add the sweet potatoes and heat thru. Enjoy!

These are the best in my eyes and easy to make. My aunt Inee was in charge of making these for Thanksgiving. Now that she's gone, I have taken over the tradition.
