2 lbs ground beef
1 small onion(chopped fine) or onion powder
1 clove garlic(chopped fine) or garlic powder
salt & pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pat butter
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1/3 c milk or water
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt & pepper, bread crumbs, and milk or water. Make medium sized balls. In a frying pan add the oil and butter and then put in the meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove from pan and set aside. In the frying pan add the beef broth and scrape the bottom of the pan and then make a slurry of flour and water to add to broth for a gravy. Put meatballs back in the pan and simmer for about 1/2 hour stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
