15 Small Red Potatoes
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
1/4Cup of butter melted
1 Teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon of fresh garlic
1 Teaspoon of dried basil
1/4Teaspoon of rosemary
1/2 Teaspoon of pepper
1/2 Teaspoon of parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Peel a strip of around the middle of each potato. Place them in a slighted oiled baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix oil salt and all seasonings; drizzle over the potatoes and place them in the oven at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender, stirring every 15 minutes.
