2 lbs stew meat
1/4 cup flour 2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 lbs onions, thinly slices
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
12 oz bottle beer
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs stk sauce
2 bay leaves
1/2 sprig of thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge meat in flour, salt and pepper. In a heated fry pan add 1/4 cup veg oil. Add meat in small batches and brown evenly. Add onions and garlic and cook until onions are transparent.

Stir in beer, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce, stk sauce, bay leaves and thyme. Bring to boil cover and reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Add 3 potatoes and cook for 20 minutes, add 1 cup of peas, simmer for 10 more minutes. Remove bay leaves, serve with biscuits.
