8 oz. cooked ground beef (turkey etc.)
1/2 to 1 cup chopped onion
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or clove garlic
Dash pepper
8 - 6" tortilla cut in 1/4's
4 oz. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except tortillas and cheese - cook in pan 5 - 10 minutes. Layer 1/2 the tortillas in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Spoon 1/2 beef mixture over tortillas. Add another layer of tortillas and then beef mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.
