12 slices bread
2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
12 eggs

Sauce:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup fresh blueberries

Grease 8 x 16 cake pan

Beat eggs, add milk and maple syrup, set aside.

Layer 1/2 of bread in pan.
"Dot" with cubed cream cheese, (1 inch cubes)
"Dot" with fresh blueberries

Add 2nd layer of bread.

Pour egg mixture over bread.
Bake 30 min in 350 degree oven covered with foil.
Remove foil and bake another 30 min.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients and bring to a soft boil. Blueberries
will pop and corn starch will thicken the sauce. I sometimes add extra blueberries.
