3 cups Bisquick
1 lb. sausage (Hot, if you like it spicy)
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
@ 1/4 cup water, as needed

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage into small crumbles. Drain. Mix the Bisquick, sausage and cheese together by hand. Add @ 1/4 cup of water if needed to make a workable dough. Roll out into small balls and lay on a cookie sheet. Back at 350º until browned.

Will keep frozen until needed. Makes about 48 "cookies."
