3 Tsp Margaraine
Add: 3 Tbsp flour (stir)
Add: 1 1/2 Cups Milk Gradually

Sliced Potatoes
Sliced Onions
Salt and Pepper to Taste

Sauce:
1/2 Cup Schredded Cheddar Cheese
1/8 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Dry Mustard
Pinch of Cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Microwave margarine, flour, and milk for 2 minutes or until thick.
WATCH FOR MIXTURE TO BOIL OVER.
Mix sauce ingredients to milk/flour mixture and stir well.
Pour over sliced potatoes, onions, salt, and pepper.
Cook 1 1/2 hours.
Leave lid off for last 30 minutes to brown.
