Loaf of thick-sliced bread (Grandma Sycamore's is best)
eggs
salt
pepper
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Depending on how many servings, use 3 slices of bread per egg. Whip eggs, sprinkle salt, pepper, and Cinnamon to taste. Dredge each slice of bread in egg mixture and cook on pre-heated griddle/pan, sprayed with Pam. Cook until brown, on both sides. Serve with butter, maple syrup, and even powdered sugar.
