3 Cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar ( can use sugar substitute for baking as well, I do half Splenda half sugar sometimes)
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1/3 Cup Coaoa
3/4 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Cups Water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients in separate bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour in 9 x 13 or 2 - 8” round greased pan.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.

Topping:
1 1/2 cups milk
1 pkg dream whip (prepared or tub)
vanilla pudding ( or any flavor)

Mix - top cake just before serving.
