Ingredients:  
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon chili powder
4 boneless ,skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1cup red or green (or both) peppers cut in strips
1/2 medium onion
1 10 ounce can tomato soup
1 cup corn niblets (canned or frozen)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
4 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and chili powder and coat chicken with flour mixture. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until brown on both sides. Set chicken aside and drain oil. Cook pepper strips and onions until tender,add soup and corn, heat to a boil. Return chicken to skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer covered until chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and serve with rice.
