1 cup milk

Mix in a bowl and spoon onto griddle. It makes enough for about 4 people.

Mike says "I always add a handful of nuts. I prefer pecans but walnuts will do. For the kids, I usually add chocolate chips to each pancake after they are on the griddle. I think I've made these every weekend since the kids could walk."
