2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large green pepper, cut into strips
1 1/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin or chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 jar (14 oz.) Pace Mexican Creations Sweet Roasted Onion & Garlic cooking sauce
12 flour tortillas (8"), warmed

In 12" skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tbsp. oil. Add peppers and cook 2 minutes. Remove peppers. Heat remaining oil over medium-high heat. Cook beef in 2 batches until browned, stirring often.

Add cooking sauce. Heat to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes or until meat is done.

Wrap meat mixture and peppers in tortillas. Serve with chopped tomato, shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired.
