1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp sour milk (sub. 1/2 tsp of lemon juice or vinegar added to sweet milk)
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup mashed banana (ripe)
1 cup chopped walnuts
pinch of salt
1 tsp soda
2 cups sifted flour

Directions:

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk, vanilla, bananas and walnuts. Mix dry ingredients and sift into other mixture. Bake for 1 hour. (350º)
