1/2 c. Butter
1/2 c. Peanut Butter
1 Egg, beaten
1 1/4 c. Flour
3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
48 Miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (1 bag)
1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, vanilla, and egg together. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place into mini muffin pan cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately press a miniature peanut butter cup into each cookie. Let cool before removing from pan.
