1 c. whole milk
6 slices of white bread
2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. (heaping) grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. minced flat-leaf parsley
4 eggs, beaten
10 slices bacon (either thick or thin-sliced)

Sauce:

1 c. ketchup
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º. Pour milk over bread slices. Allow it to soak in milk for several minutes. Place the remaining meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl, except for the bacon. Mix well and form a loaf on a foil lined pan. Place the bacon slices across the meatloaf and tuck the ends underneath the loaf. Pour 1/3 of the sauce mixture over the top of the bacon. Spread with a spoon. Bake for 45 minutes, then pour another 1/3 of the sauce over the top. Bake for another 15 minutes. Slice and serve with the remaining sauce.
