6 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
6 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 tsp. of anise, lemon, or vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, and oil together.
Add flour, baking powder, and extract into mix.
Kneed dough and shape into 1inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees.

After these are totally cool, frost them with a mixture of milk/confectionary sugar.

I bake these using the two middle racks and timing for 5 min and rotating from lower rack to upper rack for the additional time for better baking.
For a moister cookie bake for 9 minutes.
Food coloring may be added and sprinkles for decoration.
These are always a favorite anytime.
