1 lb. smoked sausage, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 carrots, chopped
6 c. chicken broth
2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup kettle, saute sausage and onions, drain grease. Add potatoes, carrots and broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 20 min until potatoes are tender.

Add sauerkraut and mix well. Return to boil, lower heat, and simmer for another 20 min.
