Mom was the best cook, but if you ever asked her for a recipe it was a little of this and a dash of that. I loved coming home from school and smelling homemade bread or cinnamon rolls in the oven. She always made an extra pot of soup or an extra casserole so she could take it to someone she felt needed it. She was always doing for others. I wished I would have learned more of her cooking skills, because she was such a great cook.
