2 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp, cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and shape into a log. Chill and slice. Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375º
