1 cup Mazola oil
2 pkg. yeast
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
3 cups boiling water
1 cup rich cream
10 cups flour
5 egg yolks beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Soak yeast in 1 cup luke warm water with 2 tsp. sugar. Dissolve for 10 mins. Pour boiling water over oil, sugar, salt, cream. Cool to lukewarm. Add beaten yolks and flour. Knead dough until smooth. Let rise for 1 1/2 hours. DON'T punch down. Shape into buns, let rise for about 1 hour. Bake @ 350 º. You can use muffin tins.
