1 cup shortening
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 cup boiling water
2 envelopes yeast
1/2 cup warm water
4 eggs
7 1/2 cups flour
1 cup cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, shortening and salt. Add boiling water. When cool add 4 beaten eggs and yeast that has been softened in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Add flour alternately with cold water. Grease top of dough and cover lightly. Place in fridge and use when needed. Allow 2 to 3 hours after shaped. Bake at 400º for 12 to 15 mins.
