3 lbs ground beef
2 c fine bread crumbs
1 can-15 oz evaporated milk
2 lg eggs
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp salt
1/2 c chopped onion
3 tsp parsley flakes

Sauce
1 can each cream of mushroom and chicken soup (mushroom & roasted garlic soup is good too)
1 1/2 can water
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all ingredients for meat balls; shape into 16 large meat ball. Place in large baking pan in a single layer. Mix all ingredients for sauce and pour over meat balls. Bake at 350º for 1 hour basting after 30 minutes. The last 15 minutes sprinkle meat balls with paprika.

After pouring sauce over meatballs open a small can sliced mushrooms and drain. Put one slice on top of each meat ball and scatter rest over the sauce.
