2 c flour
2 tsp paprika
4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
1 c milk
4 tsp MSG
2 tsp pepper
2 eggs
2 cut up fryers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Beat eggs and add milk. Put chicken in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then flour again. Fry in oil at 365º reduce to 275º about 30-40 minutes. Do Not Cover!
