1 can Pillsbury Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1/2 cup Raspberry preserves
1 round (8 oz) brie

Optional: Almond slivers or pecans

PREHEAT oven to 350 degrees F

PREPARE chilled brie by using a sharp knife to carefully cut off the thin top rind of the cheese. On a greased cookie sheet, roll out the crescent rolls flat then generously spread the preserves on the dough. Place cheese on center of dough, Add nuts on-top of cheese if desired, Fold dough over top of the brie and tightly pinch the dough closed, cutting off excess dough

TIP: Brushing a little beaten egg on top of the dough will help seal it shut and turn pastry a toasty golden brown

BAKE 25-35 mins or until golden brown

SERVE with baguette, crackers or sliced apples
