Crust:
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
4 egg whites
TOPPING:
About 3 c. cool whip
1- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites till fluffy, gradually add sugar & beat till stiff. Stir in crackers and nuts. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 350º for 15 minutes
TOPPING:
Stir cream cheese into cool whip, add crushed pineapple.
Spread over cooled crust.
Garnish with cherries or berries.
You can also add 1 pkg. of instant pudding (any kind) to topping.

Recipe calls for 2 pkg. dream whip instead of cool whip but don't think they make it anymore.
