1 lb. Snow Crab legs, thawed if necessary
1/4 C. Butter
1 clove Garlic, minced; or 1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder
1-1/2 tsp. dried Parsley
1/8 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. fresh-ground Black Pepper

Directions:

With a fork, poke several holes into the shell of each crab leg.
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat; add the garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Continue to simmer until bubbling.
Place crab legs on a hot grill, baste with garlic butter and close grill cover. Grill for 5 minutes.
Open grill and turn crab legs over, baste with garlic butter and close grill cover. Grill for 5 minutes.
Remove from grill and serve with warm garlic butter.
*Caution, do not turn heat up too high on the grill. Butter has a tendency to flame; watch grill closely.
