2 pkgs yeast (4 1/2 tsp)
2 c water water (110-115)
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp salt
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c oil
6 1/2-7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl dissolve yeast in water. Add sugar, salt, eggs, oil and 3 c flour, beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured board, knead until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled about 1 hour. Punch dough down. Divide in half and shape into loaves and place in greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until double, about 1 hour. Bake at 375º for 25-30 minutes.

Note: Use quick rise yeast which is added to all dry ingredients except salt. After mixing it all then add salt.

Heat water and oil to 120-125º and add alternating with eggs. until dough is soft and elastic. Turn onto a floured surface and cover and let rise for 15 minutes. Shape into either 2 loaves or bread, dinner rolls or cinnamon rolls.
