4 tablespoon Bacon Drippings
2 medium Onions
1 Green Pepper
1 1/2 cups Finely chopped Celery
1 qt Can tomatoes
1 sm Can tomato paste
1 tsp Sugar
1 Bay leaf
1 clove Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
2 lbs Medium shrimp


Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop onions, pepper, and celery. Fry in bacon drippings for 20 minutes. Add everything else but shrimp.
Let simmer to thick consistency. (about 1 1/2 hrs) Add shrimp.
Serve over fluffy white rice.
