2 C Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 C Sugar
4 Eggs
2 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 C Wesson Oil
3 C Carrot (ground)
1/2 C Nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour,baking powder,salt,soda and cinnamon. Mix oil and sugar in a seperate bowl and beat well. Add flour mixture a little at a time and beat well. Add carrots and nuts mix throughly at a lower speed. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
