4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. butter (softened)
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
2 (3.4 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Sift together flour and baking soda; set aside. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars. Stir in the instant pudding until blended. Then stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 min.
